Payment Procedure

Payment for the tour is made at the time of booking. Full payment or deposit is possible (if this option is indicated on the tour page). The balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before the start of the tour. If payment is not completed on time, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the reservation without additional notification.

For private tours, the price on the website is for the entire yacht. For shared tours, the price is per person.

Tour price includes:

• Professional skipper services

• Fuel

• Non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks

• Cava or wine

• SUP board аnd water toys

Winter/Summer Rates

Winter rate - from October 16 to April 14.
Summer rate - from April 15 to October 15.
An additional hour on board costs €120 (agreed separately based on availability).

Children's Tour Rates

Infants under 2 years old can join for free. Children aged 3 to 12 years receive a discount of €20 from the adult price.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

For cancellations more than 72 hours before the start of the tour, the client receives a full refund. For cancellations from 72 to 24 hours, 50% of the paid amount is returned. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of the tour, as well as in case of no-show, no refund is made. The refund is made to the same payment method from which the payment was made. The refund period depends on the bank's work and is up to 10 business days. Payment system commissions are not refundable.

In case of tour cancellation at the initiative of the organizer (for example, due to adverse weather conditions, technical malfunctions, or for other valid reasons), the client is offered a choice: rescheduling the tour date or a full refund of the paid amount.

Gift Certificates

We also offer gift certificates - both for a specific amount and for a specific tour. The certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used once. When booking with a certificate, an additional payment is possible if the cost of the selected tour exceeds the nominal value of the gift. No refund is provided for used or expired certificates. After purchasing a certificate, the client receives it by email and can specify the recipient's name and a personal message.

Taxes and Fees

All prices on the website include IVA (VAT) unless otherwise stated. Additional bank fees for international transfers may be charged by the client's bank and are paid separately. Payment confirmation, invoice, and tour details are sent to the client's email immediately after the transaction is completed. When boarding, you only need to present the email or booking number.
