The booking is confirmed after payment on the website. You will receive confirmation via WhatsApp.

How and where can I pay for the tour?

Pay online on our website or in person at our office.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards, bank transfers, and online payments; office payments are also available.

Can I pay by card on the spot?

Yes, in the office or with the captain before departure; terminals are on board and in the office.

Do you accept Apple Pay/Google Pay?

Yes, both are supported.

Can I get a company invoice?

Yes, we issue official invoices on request.

I didn’t receive my confirmation/message-what should I do?

Contact us and we’ll resend it immediately.

Is the tour price tax-inclusive?

Yes, taxes are included and there are no hidden fees.

How safe is it to buy via your website?

All payments use secure, SSL-encrypted gateways.

Can I gift a tour to someone else?

Yes, we’ll issue a personalized certificate and send it to the recipient.

Where does the tour start and how do I find you?

Boarding at Real Club Náutico de Barcelona; the meeting point is in your confirmation.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 20 minutes before departure.

Is there parking near the marina?

Yes, a large parking lot is nearby. 


Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking ahead due to high demand.

How often do tours run?

Daily; see the Calendar on our site, custom tours on request.

Do you operate only in Barcelona?

Mainly Barcelona, and we can arrange trips worldwide.

Can I book the yacht just for my group?

Yes, private charters without other guests are available.

How many people can your yacht accommodate?

The yacht can accommodate up to 9 people.

What if we’re more than 9 people?

We will organize several yachts from among our partner yachts or select a suitable vessel.

How long can I rent the yacht for?

From 2 hours up to a full day or longer; multi-day trips available.

What tour formats do you offer?

Day tours, sunrise/sunset, romantic, themed, and custom routes.

What’s included in the price?

Yacht, captain, fuel, soft drinks, snacks, a glass of cava, and water toys.

What add-ons are available?

Photo/video, transfers, live music, decor, catering, fruits, seabob, SUP, foil.

What should I bring?

Sunscreen, sunglasses, a towel, and a hat.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes, you can bring your own food; fridge and gas stove on board.

Can I bring towels?

Yes, you can bring your own towels. After drying off, you can dry them on the railing. We have clothespins for this purpose.

Are drinks and snacks on board?

Yes-light snacks, water, and wine; champagne and catering on request.

Can I order flowers, fruits, or a cake?

Yes-tell us when booking and we’ll arrange it.

Can I bring children?

Yes, children of any age are welcome on the yacht; life jackets for children, including infants, are available on board.

Will I get seasick?

We have our own life hacks for seasickness and, if necessary, we will tell you how to prevent motion sickness.

What should I wear?

Light, comfortable clothes and non-marking light-soled shoes.

Best footwear-barefoot, sneakers, or Crocs?

Soft, light-soled sneakers; in summer, barefoot on teak is fine.

Do I need to bring ID?

No. Уour e-confirmation is enough.

Any baggage limits?

Travel light-space is limited.

What’s on board?

Salon, two toilets, stern shower, swim platform, fridge, music, fresh water.

Can we swim during the tour?

Yes, weather-permitting and with the captain’s approval.

Is there shade/a canopy?

 Yes-a sunshade/bimini is installed.

Fridge or way to keep drinks cold?

Yes-a fridge with freezer; you can also bring ice.

Is there music on board?

Yes-a modern audio system.

Can I connect my phone (Bluetooth/AUX)?

Yes-Bluetooth or AUX.

Phone charging on board?

Yes-USB ports available.

Can I smoke on board?

Only in the designated stern area on the leeward side.

Can I bring pets?

Yes-small pets with prior notice.

Who operates the yacht and what experience?

Licensed professional captains with international qualifications.

Do you have licenses?

Yes-certified for commercial charter under Spanish law.

What safety equipment do you have on board?


A life raft, life preservers, a life buoy, life jackets (including for children and infants), and a first aid kit-all certified and in compliance with current safety regulations.

Who owns the yacht-owners or agents?

We own and operate the yacht under an official license.

Are you legally registered in Spain?

Yes-Sea Wave Yachting S.L. is registered in Spain.

What languages do you speak?

English, Spanish, Ukrainian, and Russian.

What if the weather is bad?

We’ll reschedule the tour or refund-your choice.

What counts as “bad weather”?

Bad weather is defined as strong winds (over 15 knots) or rain. Safety comes first.

What is your cancellation policy?

72+ h: 100% refund; 72–24 h: 50%; <24 h: non-refundable.

Where will the refund be sent?

To the original payment method; up to 10 business days, processing fees non-refundable.

Can I host a corporate or birthday event?

Yes-we’ll design a personalized celebration.

Can I rent the yacht for a dockside photo shoot?

Yes, we offer this rental option. The rental price will be 50% lower than the total cost.

Can I bring my own photographer/videographer?

Yes-tell us in advance and we’ll prepare.

Can I book again with a discount?

Yes-returning guests get special offers.

Do you operate in winter?

Yes-year-round, weather-permitting.

I lost something on board-what should I do?
